Ponderosa Park is a neighborhood of about 240 homes surrounded by the Prescott National Forest. It is serviced by a private water company. There is a voluntary HOA if desired, $50 per year, that has been instrumental in arranging for slash disposal days and Firewise work in the neighborhood.
